Something about Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga that links the breath with movement. The focus is on the inhale and exhale as you move from one pose to the next...(...)...Stiff muscles are uncomfortable and difficult to move. The continual flowing movements of vinyasa yoga help stretch and elongate your muscles while they are being strengthened, allowing you greater mobility and range of motion..

Something about Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of Yoga with postures or asanas that are held for comparatively long periods of time—3-5 minutes or longer per pose is typical.Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.Yin Yoga poses are also designed to improve the flow of qi, the subtle energy said in Chinese medicine to run through the meridian pathways of the body. Improved flow of qi is hypothesized to improve organ health, immunity, and emotional well-being.

Something about Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra..is intended to induce full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness.
The practitioner begins by quieting the overactive conscious mind, then moves into a meditative state, gradually finding a state of "ultimate harmony," in which the brain waves slow down and a subtle euphoria emerges. Though most practitioners don't slip easily into the more advanced stages, they still tend to emerge feeling rejuvenated. "Yoga Nidra uniquely unwinds the nervous system," Stryker says, "which is the foundation of the body's well-being."

Something about FaceYoga

How does face yoga help one tone their face?
Just as our bodies need regular exercise to stay toned and firm, the 57 muscles in our face also need to be exercised. When we do so, they are lifted and firmed and the skin attached to the muscles is also lifted and tautened which reduces lines and wrinkles.
The benefits of regularly doing face yoga are reduction of lines and wrinkles, improved skin tone, reduced headaches and eye strain, release of tension, an energetic appearance and a healthy glow on the face. Face yoga also gives a holistic feeling of wellbeing which can benefit the mind and body.
In addition to exercises, DC(Danielle Collins) face yoga methods include regular massaging to improve blood circulation, remove toxins, and reduce puffiness and dark circles. The massage techniques also increase collagen and elastin that are natural plumping agents. The relaxation method helps reduce deep set of lines and wrinkles that are caused by stress and frequent squinting. And acupressure is used to increase circulation, boost energy which reduces headaches and tension. The combination of these methods yields great results, giving a youthful appearance.
There are a variety of causes that can lead to ageing of the face like the weakening of the face muscles, lack of sleep and exercise, poor circulation, and external factors like the weather, stress, excessive usage of cosmetics etc.
